These Terms govern NeoX HUB, its web control panel, managed Discord bot features and the NeoX HUB Access OAuth application (together, the “Service”). By authorizing or using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord’s own terms and be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country. If you act for a server or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

NeoX HUB is an owner-operated control panel for approved Discord users. Depending on assigned permissions, features may include bot profiles, embeds, button roles, voice presence, temporary rooms, music, tickets and moderation tools.

The owner decides which users, bots and sections are available. A public website does not make the control panel public.

Sign-in uses Discord’s official OAuth flow. NeoX HUB does not receive your Discord password. You are responsible for protecting your account and reporting suspected misuse.

You may not share a live session, impersonate another person, bypass the allow-list, probe restricted endpoints or attempt to obtain another user’s or bot’s credentials.

You must comply with law and Discord’s Terms, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms and Developer Policy. You must not:

• harass, threaten, exploit, deceive or unlawfully monitor anyone;
• send spam, malware, phishing, fraudulent or illegal content;
• infringe privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights;
• disrupt Discord, NeoX HUB, a server or another user;
• evade permissions, moderation, rate limits or security measures;
• collect or expose credentials, personal data or private messages without permission and a valid purpose.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant the Service limited permission to process it only for the requested action, such as sending an embed, playing requested media, configuring roles or creating a ticket record.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuration, notices, moderation, permissions, third-party media and ticket or transcript retention. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

NeoX HUB is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord names and marks belong to their owner. Optional features may depend on third-party media providers whose terms and availability also apply.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause or stop for maintenance, security, legal, Discord API or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent storage.

The owner may suspend or remove access for a Terms violation, security risk, Discord request, legal requirement or end of the relevant server relationship. You may stop using the Service and revoke authorization in Discord’s Authorized Apps settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. The operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss caused by use, inability to use, Discord outages, third-party content or server-administrator actions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the Service, law or Discord requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without overriding mandatory rights that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective.
